Identifying client details are redacted before a document is processed, so personal data is never exposed to the presentation-generation step — only de-identified content is used to build the presentation, and your client's details are re-applied within our environment before you present. Access is protected with email two-factor sign-in and per-licensee controls.TODO — confirm and add only what is precisely true: data residency (AU hosting), encryption in transit/at rest, retention/deletion, and that client data is never used to train models. Have compliance review before publishing.
